Websites engineered as connected business systems.

Websites engineered as connected business systems.

Nest Digital designs websites as connected business systems: positioning, structure, discoverability, conversion paths, and follow-up logic.

What Nest builds

Website Systems

Conversion-aware websites built as the trust and decision layer of the business — positioning, structure, copy, and lead paths designed as one system.

Best for: Businesses whose website looks acceptable on the surface but underperforms where trust and action matter.

SEO & Visibility

Search structure, intent alignment, and content architecture so prospects who are already searching find a destination that can carry trust.

Best for: Businesses with strong services but weak search presence, unclear service pages, or thin local visibility.

CRM & Automation

Capture, route, and follow up on leads more reliably. We connect the website to a real follow-up system so intent does not decay between form and call.

Best for: Teams generating interest but losing speed, consistency, or visibility after a form is submitted.

Selected work

A CRM that refuses to guess

Global Marketing & Sales, Inc. · Tourism-trade marketing & outreach · In production

A country-first CRM for a tourism-trade marketing team — engineered so the data stays clean, a costly cross-market mistake becomes structurally impossible, and nothing on screen distracts from the one job: building the right outreach list.

The problem: Tourism-trade outreach is organised by country, but generic CRMs are not — so a single-market campaign could quietly reach another country's office, and accented contact files corrupted silently on import.

What we built: A deliberately minimal, country-first CRM: a foolproof import wizard, a structural multi-market safeguard, hard-guarded single-country invite lists, and a cross-entity list builder.

The outcome: Live in production on a dedicated backend. Two expensive mistakes are now structurally impossible, and a targeted list takes minutes instead of half an hour.

A catalogue that does the qualifying

A Canadian promotional-products firm · Promotional products & branded merchandise · Launched — in production

We built a premium-brand merchandise storefront with a single job: turn scattered "can you price this?" inquiries into structured, ready-to-quote leads.

The problem: Promotional products are priced per project, not sold off a shelf — so a steady trickle of vague inquiries arrived missing every detail a salesperson needs to quote, and a large premium catalogue made browsing harder, not easier.

What we built: A brand-forward storefront with exactly one conversion action: a structured quote request. A partner-brand directory, a filterable catalogue, a multi-step quote builder, and a client-run content dashboard.

The outcome: Launched and in production. Every inquiry now arrives qualified — and within weeks of the first engagement, before the site had even launched, the client returned with a substantially larger program.

A rebuild that loses nothing

A wellness clinic in the Greater Toronto Area · Health & wellness services · Live — launched July 2026

We rebuilt an established clinic's aging website from the ground up — the demo rot removed, every real page and post carried over intact, and the old URL space mapped so no bookmark, backlink, or ranking was left pointing at nothing.

The problem: An established clinic's WordPress site had rotted around its real content: a fake demo contact page, a dead booking button, dozens of indexable theme-demo pages, and the same program priced three different ways.

What we built: A complete rebuild on a fast, static foundation: every real page and post migrated and reviewed, a thirty-seven-redirect ledger preserving the old URL space, structured data throughout, and working contact and booking paths.

The outcome: Live since July 2026 and in daily use. The demo noise is gone, old links still resolve, and the engagement has continued past launch into ongoing care and follow-on work.

Principles

Frequently asked questions

Who is Nest Digital best for?

Nest is best for ambitious service businesses and operators who know their current website or digital systems are holding back trust, inquiries, or efficiency.

Is this only for businesses that need a redesign?

No. Many engagements begin with a website issue, then extend into search visibility, lead flow, CRM structure, or automation once the foundation is clearer.

Do you offer SEO as part of a broader system?

Yes. Nest treats SEO as part of a stronger digital core, not an isolated add-on. Visibility works best when site structure and messaging are already aligned.

Can we start with one focused project?

Yes. You can start with the website foundation, a visibility initiative, or operational cleanup, then expand from there when the timing makes sense.

What happens on the first call?

The first conversation is used to understand where the current site or systems are underperforming, what matters most commercially, and the best starting point.

Are Nest websites custom?

Yes. The goal is not to fit your business into a generic template, but to build a clearer, stronger digital center around how your business actually sells and operates.

Where is Nest Digital located, and which areas do you serve?

Nest is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and the work happens online — we build for clients across Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area, as well as businesses across Canada and the US.
